Welcome to Sardinia, a place where turquoise seas meet rugged landscapes, and ancient history is around every corner. As a Sardinian myself, I’ve been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by this incredible beauty. And I’m proud of it!

 

As the legend goes, on my first date with my husband Reid, I explained to him that I come from “the most beautiful island in the world”. No, I haven’t visited every other island in the world. But I’m pretty sure that Sardinia is in a league of its own!

Over the years, my enthusiasm for Sardinia has turned me into an unofficial ambassador. Friends often reach out with the best question I could hope for: “Nico, we’re finally visiting Sardinia! What should we see?”

That question lights me up like no other. I love talking about my island and telling my friends about all the special and stunning places which hold a dear spot in my heart. These places bring me joy, awe, appreciation, relaxation, and a sense of belonging - to the land, to the sea, and to the unique culture of Sardinia. That’s something I want everyone to experience when they visit.
